Randomness

Well, escpecially for Cat, here are a few results from random questionnaires online. They're quite fun! So, here goes:

The True You

You want your girlfriend or boyfriend to be together with you always, no matter when or where.
With respect to money, you spend as little as possible.
You think good luck depends on maintaining good relationships with others.
The hidden side of your personality tends to be methodical in your ways - with trouble adapting to the rules of society.
You are tend to think about others' feelings a lot, perhaps because you are so eager to be liked.
When it comes to finding a romantic partner, you will search and search until you find your perfect match.

Who's the True You?

Hmmm, not bad - fairly accurate in fact!

Your Summer Anthem is Behind These Hazel Eyes by Kelly Clarkson

Broken up, deep inside
But you won't get to see the tears I cry
Behind these hazel eyes

Your summer will be marked by heartache - but mostly happiness.

What's Your 2005 Summer Anthem?

Now, I've never heard of this person, or her music. Anyone like to enlighten me? (And yes, my knowledge of modern music is appalling, so apologies if I've just offended anyone with my ignorance!)

You Are 25 Years Old

25

Under 12: You are a kid at heart. You still have an optimistic life view - and you look at the world with awe.

13-19: You are a teenager at heart. You question authority and are still trying to find your place in this world.

20-29: You are a twentysomething at heart. You feel excited about what's to come... love, work, and new experiences.

30-39: You are a thirtysomething at heart. You've had a taste of success and true love, but you want more!

40+: You are a mature adult. You've been through most of the ups and downs of life already. Now you get to sit back and relax.

What Age Do You Act?

Now this will make a lot people laugh. However, it will prove once and for all that I do not act 40! I know, I know, it's still 5 years older than I actually am, but hey, I'm a mature gal!

Love to hear your feedback guys!

Love to you all xXx

A lovely weekend, and another week

Well, it's been a busy week since my last post! Work is continuing to go really well, which is a huge blessing. However, am somewhat scared about when Alex (who is the girl I'm shadowing until she goes travelling in the middle of August) leaves - she understands so much, and I still don't really have a clue! However as she said, if i continue learning stuff at the rate I've been learning over the last two weeks, then I'll be fine. Unfortunately, I think if I continue learning stuff at the rate I've been learning it over the last two weeks, my brain is gonna explode very soon!

Anyway, last weekend was lovely. Dave came down on Friday evening (battling for 2.5 hours with M25 traffic - how we're going to come to love this stretch of road!), and we all trooped off to a work bbq, with the people I work with on a day to day basis, and those who are members of our board of directors. It was really fun, and good to meet some of the people involved in the company who I hadn't had a chance to meet before.

Saturday we went for a walk around the grounds here - would have ventured further if the weather had been nicer, but it wasn't, so we didn't! And then in the evening we went to a musical that my church up here was putting on - called Mary Magdalene. It was actually very good - they used a simple set and natural talent to put across a powerful message.

Sunday we went to church, and then went to the anuual church family bbq, which was a great chance to meet some new people. Unfortunately it started raining after about and hour and a half, and as we hadn't quite managed to go prepared for that particular eventuality, so headed back as Dave had to head back up to MK during the afternoon anyway. And then Sunday afternoon I headed back to church, and joined the youth group again. They're a great bunch of girls, and might almost make up for the girlies I've left behind in Exeter!

So there we go, another thrilling week in my life! Time to sign off.
